  1. Lemon juice is one of the best ways to lose weight of the body as lemon helps in detoxify the body. Drink a glass of warm water by adding at least 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in it early in the morning. It is good to make this first drink of the day and don’t drink any other drink at least for 30 minutes after drinking warm lemon water.
  2. Lemon-ginger tea also helps in reducing weight of the body. Ginger is the thermogenic agent who helps in increasing temperature of the body and help in burning extra calories. Prepare a tea by boiling at least ½ inch ginger in water. After removing from gas stove add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey and mix it well. To improve metabolic rate of body it is good to have lemon-ginger tea at least twice in a day.
  3. Add cabbage in your diet to lose weight of body. Cabbage is the rich source of tartaric acid which prevents conversion of carbohydrate and sugar in to fats and also helps in increasing metabolic rate of the body.
  4. Include habit of drinking hot water in your daily life. It is good to drink a glass of hot water before having meal and after having meal. Hot water can help in burning calories of the body, you can also add 1 tablespoon of honey in Luke warm water to make it more delicious.
  5. Replace your regular tea with green tea, antioxidants present in green tea detoxify the body and remove free radicals from the body and also increase the metabolic rate of the body.
  6. If you don’t want to drink warm water then just add number of glasses of water in your daily routine. It is advised to drink at least 8-10 glass in a day, just increase the number at least 12-15 glass of water in a day.
